This is a hands-on all-rounder role suited to someone who is a natural leader, takes initiative and isn't afraid to get involved.

The successful person will primarily be responsible for driving, however, this role will also involve assisting our wash team when required and stepping up to help coordinate and lead the team on site.

The position will initially commence on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position following a successful 3-month probationary period.

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a current HR driver's licence

- Has previous truck driving experience

- Wants to progress and grow within the business

- Is looking to develop into a leadership/management role

- Is willing to jump in and assist the wash team when required

- Takes initiative and can work without constant supervision

- Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in their work

- Is reliable, practical and a good communicator

- Can lead and coordinate a team

- Is keen to take on additional responsibility as they develop

- Supporting the Operations Manager with the smooth running of the site
