A great opportunity exists for an immediate start for a person with HR driving experience in our Demolition and Earthworks company. Working primarily in the Newcastle area, we also occassionally work further afield within the NSW region.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in tipper driving operations with a minimum of HR licence
• Construction White Card
• Have or willing to get Demolition Worker Training (New requirement as of 1st March 2025)
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
• Flexible, with an ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to perform other duties such as general cleaning and maintenance of trucks as well as general labouring duties.
• Ability to communicate with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, neighbours and disposal site workers, in a professional and respectful manner
• Assist in the planning of transport of materials and truck movements
• Technical problem solving. Approach all problems with a cooperative and solutions-based mindset
• Implementation of and adherence to Safe Work Method Statements
• Risk awareness and management at all times
• Own reliable transport
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
• Reliable and punctual

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
