Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As an HR & Vetting Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our recruitment and onboarding processes. Working within our HR team, you will ensure all new hires meet legal and organizational standards, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct ID and right-to-work checks in line with BS7858 standards.
- Complete 5-year background checks, including verifying employment references.
- Maintain and update personnel files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Input and manage data within the HR database.
- Draft and distribute employment contracts and associated documentation.
- Monitor and manage the renewal of staff SIA licenses.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from staff.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements and screening candidates.
