Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an HR Wellness Consultant at JP Morgan Chase, you will immerse yourself in a collaborative environment where your efforts directly contribute to enhancing employee wellbeing across multiple countries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working hand-in-hand with colleagues to deliver innovative wellness events that foster a sense of community and support. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling communications that inform employees about available resources while ensuring all digital content remains current and accessible. By managing logistics for health campaigns and events-ranging from flu vaccinations to mini health checks-you will help drive participation rates and improve overall health outcomes. Your ability to analyse data will be key in measuring success and shaping future initiatives. Additionally, you will provide essential support to both employees seeking guidance on wellness matters and vendors delivering critical services. This role offers you the chance to build strong relationships across departments while continuously learning new skills within a nurturing environment.

  • Collaborate closely with the Wellness team to promote, coordinate, and deliver engaging onsite wellness initiatives and events throughout the EMEA region in alignment with the Global Wellness strategy.
  • Prepare and coordinate wellness-related communications such as podcasts, slide decks, and display materials to raise awareness about available support resources.
  • Design and support activities aimed at promoting onsite medical services and increasing their utilisation among employees.
  • Build, review, and maintain intranet content to ensure continuous improvement in the employee journey and overall experience.
  • Support the rollout of onsite wellness campaigns including mini health checks and annual flu vaccination programmes to encourage participation.
  • Assist with event management by organising speakers, partnering with communications teams, updating marketing channels, and creating posts on platforms like Teams.
  • Support the network of UK Wellness Champions while contributing to plans for expanding this network across the EMEA region.
  • Work alongside the EMEA Wellness Manager in designing, developing, and delivering regional wellness agendas and programme content.
  • Coordinate metrics collation to better understand the impact of wellness initiatives, identify trends, and inform future strategies.
  • Respond promptly to employee queries regarding the wellness programme using internal systems such as ServiceNow and dedicated mailboxes while signposting relevant resources.
