The Workers' Compensation/Injury Recovery Specialist coordinates the monitoring and administration of the workers’ compensation program nationwide. Responsibilities: * Claim data entry * Maintaining timely investigations * Employee outreach * Collaborating with interdepartmental personnel and leadership. * Communication with professional resources, such as attorneys, managers and health care providers; working with third party administrators to coordinate claim allowance, treatment, and financials Requirements: * Must be computer literate with an intermediate level of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. * Prior experience in worker’s compensation, law office or paralegal preferred. * Must be professional, positive, energetic and have excellent attendance. * Must have excellent time management skills and able to prioritize work on a daily basis. * Must be willing to perform a wide variety of tasks and alter schedule as needed. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * High level of confidentiality.
