We are looking for a digitally oriented and process-driven HR Workflow Optimization Administrator to join our HR team and support the continuous improvement of our HR systems and workflows. 🌟 About the Role The HR Workflow Optimization Administrator will play an active role in the development and continuous improvement of digital HR workflows, supporting smooth and efficient HR operations. You will work closely with HR systems such as Jira (HR ticketing system), assist users, and help ensure that HR requests are managed in a structured and timely way. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, systems, and digital tools, and who wants to contribute to improving the employee experience through better processes. 🧭 Key Responsibilities Act as the main administrator of Jira (HR ticketing system) Register and monitor HR requests, ensuring timely and effective handling Support and guide users on HR systems and workflows Follow up on pending requests and ensure proper closure Ensure that all HR requests are processed through the system Gradually participate in additional HR operational projects and processes 🎓 Qualifications & Experience University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field Very good command of Greek and English (minimum B2 level) Very good knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with digital tools and databases Experience in HR administration or HR support roles is considered a plus Previous exposure to Jira or ticketing systems is an advantage (training will be provided) 💡 What You’ll Bring Comfort working with digital tools and systems Strong organizational skills and process discipline Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team spirit and a people-centric mindset Responsibility, discretion, and respect for confidentiality ✈️ Why Join Goldair Handling At Goldair Handling, we believe our people are our strength.
