Location: [Add location] Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview GNS Electric is seeking a highly organized and bilingual (English/Spanish) HR & Workforce Coordinator to support daily administrative and workforce operations. This role will play a critical part in coordinating manpower across multiple active job sites, while assisting with HR functions such as onboarding, scheduling, and employee tracking. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities at once. Key Responsibilities Workforce Coordination Assist in coordinating manpower across 30–40 active job sites with varying requirements Work closely with the General Superintendent to track and manage workforce schedules Collect and maintain 6-week schedules from field teams Help organize and maintain scheduling data in Excel HR & Administrative Support Support onboarding processes, including documentation and badging Conduct initial candidate screenings and assist with interview coordination Maintain accurate employee records and data entry Assist with performance review tracking and documentation Provide administrative support to HR and field leadership Operational Support Help ensure proper staffing levels for each project based on job requirements Track workforce allocation and assist in adjusting manpower as needed Support internal communication between field teams and office staff Qualifications Required: Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to handle large volumes of information across multiple projects Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills Strong communication skills and attention to detail Preferred: Background or interest in Human Resources, Administration, or Workforce Coordination Experience in construction, electrical, or similar industries Experience with scheduling, staffing, or coordination roles What Success Looks Like Efficient coordination of manpower across multiple job sites Accurate and organized workforce data and schedules Strong support provided to HR and field leadership Ability to stay organized and responsive in a fast-paced environment Compensation Entry-level salary (based on experience) Opportunity for growth into higher-level workforce or HR leadership roles Why GNS Electric?
