Situated in Germany’s vibrant capital, our Berlin office focuses on guiding organizations through purpose-driven cultural evolutions. We leverage deep psychological insights to facilitate employee activation and organizational growth.

We are currently looking to strengthen our team in Berlin with a customer service-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong interest in growing and gaining professional experience in HR. In this position as a Working Student for one year you can be working self responsibly as part of the Business Services team.

• Recruiting search, screening candidates, support in the interview process
• Scheduling and planning conversations & interviews with potential candidates
• Provide backup assistance as necessary
• A willingness to take on new responsibilities and own projects as needed
• Completed bachelor studies or master students with a focus on Psychology and/or HR-related studies
• Ideally first practical experiences in (Recruiting, HR, Operations)
• Ideally German native language skills and very good English skills
• Passion for meaningful projects that exhibit purpose and positive societal impact
• High level of organization skills, with attention to detail across many moving parts
• General knowledge of skill utilizing Microsoft office programs and Apple products
• Attention to detail and follow-through mentality to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Very good oral and written communication skills
• Organized and strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Demonstrates respect for all individuals at all times
• Strong service orientation in responding to customer needs
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment
• Commitment for a working student contract for one year and capacity to regularly 20hrs a week (exceptions are possible for vacations and exam periods
