• Support the HR department in day-to-day operations, e.g., contract management and personnel administration
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as creation of employee documents and maintenance of the systems, ensuring data accuracy
• You help enter and maintain master data by using our HR software.
• Providing support and guidance for employees and executives in all personnel-related matters.
• Actively participating in the implementation and optimization of HR processes.
