Description
We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to lead HR operations for our growing Core Apps division. The role is operational, field-oriented, and execution-driven, with a strong emphasis on labor law, employee lifecycle management, and direct employee support—especially for employees working at customer sites. Key Responsibilities: Lead HR operations with an emphasis on compliance with labor laws and managing employee relations. Manage large-scale operations, ensuring effective HR support to meet growing business demands. Regular site visits (twice a month) to monitor employee satisfaction and handle issues on the ground. Work closely with managers and employees to ensure smooth onboarding and activity setup. Focus on increasing client satisfaction through effective HR processes. Provide support for various operational HR tasks: employee welfare, legal advice, and coordination with external service providers. Collaborate closely with the team, especially with Eden, and work under pressure while maintaining high efficiency. Requirements 2–3 years of proven HR experience in a medium to large organization. Strong, practical knowledge of labor law. Hands-on experience in: Employee lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, employee relations) Operational HR and high-volume environments Experience working with remote employees and/or in field-based roles. High level of accountability, attention to detail, and execution capability. Assertive, proactive, resilient, and able to work under pressure. Full availability for on-site work in Ra’anana and field visits. Advantages: Experience in outsourcing, Professional Services (PS), or similar operational DNA. Background in R&D or technology-driven environments. Experience supporting payroll, attendance, or workforce administration. Strong interpersonal skills with a “get-things-done” mindset.
