About this Position We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our manufacturing organization across multiple sites in Japan. This role will work closely with site leadership and the broader manufacturing management team to drive organizational transformation, strengthen workplace culture, and enhance overall performance and engagement. This is a highly impactful position, playing a key role in building a sustainable talent pipeline and supporting long-term business growth in a changing workforce environment.
