• Be an active member of the management committee and contribute significantly to the development of the company’s human capital
• Play an advisory role to managers in the application of HR policies and programs, while acting as a coach in their personal development plan
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of HR programs and activities related to talent, performance, skills development and recognition management
• Acting as an agent of change
• Be responsible for the staffing process (office and factory positions) (posting, interview) and follow up on the integration of our new employees as well as the exit interview process
• Work with the union to maintain harmonious labour relations while ensuring compliance with and interpretation of the collective agreement
• Make sure to keep employees and managers informed about Graphic Packaging’s policies, HR procedures, laws, standards and employment regulations.
