Role Purpose Reporting to the Senior Manager P&C, the HRBP Commercial role plays a key role in shaping and executing the People &Culture strategy across the Commercial organization in Greece. This role will channel forward all P&C processes to ensure that our employee life cycle fosters a culture of innovation, continuous growth and inclusion. Key Accountabilities Partner closely with business leaders to embed and reinforce company culture, values, and leadership behaviors, ensuring alignment between people practices and business strategy. Drive and support the execution of talent retention, development, and succession initiatives, ensuring a strong and diverse talent pipeline aligned with current and future business needs. Contribute to and lead local talent and engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience, capability building, and sustainable growth across the organization. Leverage P&C metrics, people data, and analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations across all employee lifecycle touchpoints, supporting informed decisionmaking and continuous improvement. Actively drive talent injection initiatives and champion global P&C programs locally, translating them into tangible business value and measurable people outcomes. Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies, proactively identifying risks and advising the business on peoplerelated compliance matters. Drive fair, consistent, and transparent application of company and local policies, monitoring implementation effectiveness and providing insights to support policy evolution and alignment. Collaborate effectively with all P&C Centres of Expertise to design and deliver integrated, tailored people solutions that address specific business challenges and priorities. Utilize digital and AIenabled tools to enhance P&C service delivery, improve decisionmaking, and increase overall business impact, fostering a more datadriven and futureready P&C function. Who we’re looking for University degree in Business Administration or a related field. Postgraduate degree in Human Resources will be considered an asset. 8+ years of progressive experience in People &Culture, ideally in a Generalist role. Strong knowledge of core P&C practices and frameworks. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical mindset and a high level of client service orientation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in both Greek and English. Experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment. Strong project management and organizational skills.
