  • Proven ability to engage with, influence, and coach senior leaders.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of solving complex organisational challenges.
  • Experience in leading impactful HR projects.
  • Skilled in integrating diversity and inclusion principles into business practices
  • Ability to execute plans with precision and to articulate HR initiatives persuasively.
