Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to support our Robotics/Connectors team at one of our main industrial sites located in Faverges. This role is pivotal in driving organizational transformations, enhancing workforce capabilities, and fostering a high-performance culture. As a member of the local HR Team and supported by the Robotic Division HR Officer, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and will lead strategic HR initiatives that align with the strategy of the Division, support the business growth, and promote employee development. In this pivotal role, you will also be crucial in implementing global HR projects and ensuring operational excellence and efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Alignement & Transformation Implement HR strategies that support business goals and organizational effectiveness. Coordinate complex HR projects across functions managing all aspects of HR processes for assigned functions. Drive change management initiatives to facilitate transformation and cultural evolution. Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and all HR aspects. Prepare the necessary materials, analyses, and HR data to provide the HR Director for the discussions or negotiations with employee representatives People & Performance Management Engage in recruitment processes to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Collaborate with DHRO and Centers of Expertise to implement talent development and total rewards programs. Facilitate performance management processes, empowering managers with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to efficiently manage and enhance their team's performance, contributing to overall organizational success. Assist in succession planning and leadership development initiatives to ensure a pipeline of future leaders. Drive employee engagement and maintain positive employee relations through effective communication and interaction Build strong, trust-based relationships across functions to influence and drive positive change. Promote employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion through targeted programs. Address complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. HR Operations & Analytics Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Align HR activities with business strategy to enhance employee experience and drive organizational success. Contribute to the development and optimization of HR processes, systems, and tools for improved efficiency. Analyze and act upon social indicators (absenteeism, disciplinary actions, quality of work life, professional equality, training, social climate, etc.). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 8 to 10 years of experience in strategic HR positions, preferably within a dynamic and global matrix organization in the manufacturing industry. Proven track record of successfully leading HR transformations and effectively influencing senior stakeholders. Strong consulting, communication, and analytical skills that drive impactful solutions and strategic initiatives. Fluent in both French and English; additional languages are a plus.
