We are looking for a HRBP with 7-9 years of experience in human recources. This role will be responsible for human recources and adminstration management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or HR Generalist.

Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., tech, healthcare, retail) may be required.

• Experience with SAP systems

• STRATEGIC HR ALIGNMENTPartner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.Provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
• TALENT MANAGEMENTLead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for critical roles.Drive performance management processes (e.g., goal-setting, evaluations, PIPs).Identify high-potential employees and design career development paths.
• EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & CULTUREResolve complex employee issues (e.g., conflicts, grievances, disciplinary actions).Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement programs and DEI initiatives.
• COMPENSATION & BENEFITSAdvise on salary benchmarks, promotions, and incentive structures.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• CHANGE MANAGEMENTSupport organizational restructuring, M&A integrations, or transformation projects.
