Description
Serve as the primary People contact for Fab 15 business leaders, partnering closely with senior and executive leadership to align People strategy with organizational goals. Lead succession planning, strategic workforce planning, and diversity & inclusion initiatives to support long-term talent and capability development. Provide 1:1 coaching and guidance to senior leaders on career growth, leadership development, and complex People matters. Actively participate in Site Leadership Team (LT) meetings, contributing People insights and driving action planning from engagement survey results.​ Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience 3 years~ proven experience in HR business partner roles, preferably in fast paced industries including technology or manufacturing are desirable Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with integrity and confidentiality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Japanese and English Growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt Ensure a seamless experience for executive and senior leaders across all People programs and touchpoints. Facilitate inline promotion/ job level changes exercises, base pay, stock, and IPP reviews, and support PSP reviews. Support the formulation and execution of People strategies using People analytics, KPI reporting, and insights from employee feedback. Prepare materials, communicate metrics, and share valuable insights to inform decision-making and track program effectiveness. Provide communication support for organizational announcements and change initiatives. Facilitate the Recognition program and other culture-building efforts to reinforce organizational values and employee engagement. Assist in offsite planning and development to foster team alignment and strategic reflection. Support recruiting activities, including job description creation and position approvals. Provide guidance and support for escalated Employee Relations cases, ensuring resolution in alignment with company policies and values.
