As our HRBP for IBERIA , this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing business where you will have real ownership and responsibility. Reporting to the Head of People and Organisation Europe, the role will be key to supporting the delivery of business goals by bringing to life our people plans. You will support our local market teams in Spain and Portugal. In this role, you will get flexibility to shape the People & Organisation plans whilst acting as a trusted partner to managers & help drive team performance. About the position Execute annual plans and people strategy in Spain and Portugal. Support the talent agenda by partnering with managers to ensure performance, development and career planning. Deliver accurate and timely payroll input in collaboration with the SWE Payroll Lead. Provide day-to-day advice and support on all local HR-related topics. Deploy Iberian People & Organisation projects and contribute to best practice sharing across Europe. Manage the complete employee lifecycle and HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, benefits administration, compliance, record maintenance, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to labor laws and company policies. Manage HR and general services providers and related renewals (benefits, pensions, health insurance, vouchers, etc.). Manage all office operations, including IT coordination, vendor and supply management, health and safety compliance, workspace logistics, office support, and event organization to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive workplace environment. So what does it take to be successful in this role? You have a Degree (Bachelor, Master) preferably in Human Resources, Law or Psychology). You are an HR generalist with experience in various people processes including onboarding, talent development and performance management. You have a good understanding and track record of managing the delivery of payroll with knowledge of local legal and tax requirements. You have strong communication skills with fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken), Portuguese desirable. You thrive in a fast-paced changing environment. Hands-on problem solver who enjoys juggling a wide range of topics at the same time. You are action-oriented, team player with high levels of drive and resilience.
