Job Description Offer strategic advice and support to business leaders on organizational structure adjustments, talent retention strategies, and incentive program design. Partner with business managers to ensure the placement of the right talent in the right roles. Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries, manage complex employee relations matters, and provide guidance to managers on performance-related challenges. Deliver comprehensive support in the development and execution of HR initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement surveys, and talent reviews. Contribute to regional HR projects and act as a key advocate for their successful implementation within the relevant business areas. Qualifications 1.Bechelor degree with minimum 5-8 years of HR experience 2.Demonstrated ability to provide quality advice on HR issues and well versed with China labor law 3.Client-oriented with strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders 4.Able to manage multiple tasks, good at problem solving 5.Is a good team player and active listener, able to work under stress and embrace challenge 6.Excellent communication skills Additional Information We work hard to make sure Life at Informa is rewarding, supportive and enjoyable for everyone.
