How you’ll make an impact 1. You will support Talent Partner for Long list and interview arrangement. 2. You will support the brand school recruitment project - "Engineering Power Start Program" for the whole process promotion. (Such as pre-publicity, candidate resumes screening, communication and interview, etc.) 3. You will be responsible for the organization and daily operations of the internship program. 4. You will support employer brand promotion and building, participate in the planning and implementation of internal and external brand activities. 5. You will support the maintenance and cooperation of school-enterprise relations, keep abreast of school dynamics and resources, and enhance brand favorability. 6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 7. You hold a undergraduate junior, senior or graduate student, electrical, mechanical and human resources and other related majors are preferred. 2. Working at least 4 days per week and more than 4 months, also interesting in HR field. 3. Good computer skill in Microsoft office Word, Excel or PowerPoint. 4. Good teamwork and service awareness.
