This role offers hands-on exposure to HRBP activities, supporting people-related initiatives and daily HR operations. This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in HR Business Partner and gaining real-world experience in a professional environment. Responsibilities: Support HRBPs in daily operations. Assist in employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, probation tracking… Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed. Support internal communications, HR programs, and employee engagement activities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on HR-related requests. Assist with ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
