Job Description: As an HR Intern, you will support the HRBP team during the annual Talent Review season - a key initiative where leaders assess talent, review past development activities, and plan for future growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Talent Review Preparation: Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required inputs. Gain exposure to HRIS platforms like Workday and develop familiarity with navigating reports and extracting relevant data Cross-check data to identify and resolve discrepancies. Consolidate and format information into presentation slides for review sessions. HR Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct analysis to identify trends and patterns in talent data. Generate insights to support strategic talent discussions.
