HRBP Leader, Solution Lines, Asia Pacific What the Day Will Look Like Strategic Leadership & People Agenda Ownership Lead and drive the end-to-end people strategy for the assigned business portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term growth objectives, including but not limited to: Shaping and embedding leadership capability strategies Owning talent strategy including Talent Reviews, HiPo development, succession planning and retention Drive strategy and plans for development of executive leadership capabilities Leading large-scale organisational transformation, restructuring and M&A integration activities Provide thought leadership and strategic direction to ensure people initiatives deliver measurable business impact. Own and drive annual cycle activities (e.g., performance, compensation, talent reviews), ensuring quality, consistency and alignment Lead and develop a team of two People Partners, providing direction, coaching and oversight to ensure high-quality, aligned support to the business Senior Leadership Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership teams and executives within the allocated portfolio: Build credible relationships with senior leaders, influencing decision-making at a strategic level Coach and counsel leaders on complex people matters, organisational effectiveness and leadership capability Lead change consulting efforts, including designing and delivering large-scale transformation and communication strategies Anticipate future business needs and proactively shape people priorities and interventions Drive alignment across stakeholders, navigating complexity and competing priorities Enterprise Collaboration with COEs Lead collaboration with People Organisation Centres of Excellence (COEs) to shape, influence and execute enterprise-wide people solutions: Partner with COEs, providing business insight, guidance, and feedback so their solutions align with business needs and are practical, integrated, and effective.Provide strategic feedback on policies, programs and frameworks to ensure relevance and impact for the business Lead the delivery of culture, change and leadership development initiatives across the region Risk, Governance & Complex Case Leadership Provide oversight and leadership on complex people matters: Act as a senior escalation point for complex ER issues, leading or advising on investigations where required Ensure governance, compliance and consistency across all people practices Balance risk management with commercial and business considerations How This Opportunity is Different The HRBP Leader role is accountable for shaping and delivering the people strategy across Human Capital, Commercial Risk and Reinsurance portfolios within Asia Pacific. This role focuses on influencing business outcomes, driving organisational effectiveness, and ensuring a consistent and high-impact colleague experience aligned to Aon’s global priorities. As a key member of the regional People Partner leadership team, this role plays a critical part in translating business strategy into actionable people plans and delivering measurable impact.
