QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in logistics, supply chain, or managing blue-collar employees.
• Familiarity with UAE labor law and employment regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across levels.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
