• Recruitment management be responsible for recruitment including recruitment plan, job ad posting, candidate selection, interview arrangement, prepare offer packages etc. • Learning and Development lead the Learning and Development (L&D) plan and execution to build leadership capabilities in the organization • Employee Relationship lead the teambuilding activities and project, conduct employe caring etc. • HR Operation management HR regulation review, attendance, payroll, visa, year-end reporting (EA/Form), and employee income tax documentation. Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner. 1 • Agency Management Work closely with workforce agencies to support the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as payroll, tax declaration, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, internal and external compliance etc. Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration. At least 5 years of experience as HR, especially subsidiary operation and management experience. • Strong problem-solving skills. Experience in data input. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team. Fluent in Chinese and English.
Responsibilities
The HRBP Manager will manage recruitment processes, lead learning and development initiatives, and oversee employee relations activities. Additionally, they will handle HR operations and agency management to ensure compliance and effective HR transactions.
