Job Description Sizewell C. The power of good for Britain. Location: Suffolk or London. There will be travel to other locations. Employment type: Permanent full-time. Employment basis: The role is expected to be a full- time position however we are open to discussing a more flexible or part- time approach where possible. Salary: c£75,000 depending on experience. The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity at Sizewell C (SZC) for a HR Business Partner Manager who will support the business leadership team within their business area to deliver pragmatic commercial HR solutions and manage the development and implementation of people related plans to improve the function’s performance. The Role You will help to deliver the business area objectives, growth and priorities in line with the Business plan and supporting HR strategy whilst considering the context of a major construction project. Sizewell C is a rapidly evolving business and as such, you will need to be someone who can operate in an ambiguous environment that is under-going constant change. You’ll be supporting Sizewell C’s Delivery or Enabling and Assurance teams predominantly located across London and Suffolk. Given the growth within SZC, the main areas of focus will be on the creation and population of the growing organisation, change management, upskilling leaders and supporting ongoing performance and talent management of the workforce. You’ll be in a high profile and high impact role that sits within the heart of the growing SZC team. The work of the HR team is critical to the success of the project and this role provides a great opportunity to be creative – creating the processes and practices and employment model for the future. The Skills Ideally you will have experience in an environment with a similar fast pace and of a start-up/new subsidiary nature. A proven ability to deliver high quality HR generalist support, including extensive knowledge of appropriate employment law and HR best practices.
