Description Develop a deep understanding of the supported business units and their team operations, and take ownership of end-to-end HR management for these teams. Lead recruitment efforts for business units, especially for building new R&D teams from 0 to 1. Leverage diverse and innovative sourcing strategies to efficiently drive hiring outcomes. Design career development paths and talent cultivation programs, effectively plan and implement talent development initiatives, foster company culture, energize teams, and support rapid business growth. Provide comprehensive HRBP solutions to business teams. Drive the implementation of company-wide HR initiatives within business units, empowering both the organization and individuals, and supporting overall business development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3–10+ years of comprehensive HR experience; strong expertise in recruitment is required. Experience managing overseas teams is a plus. Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language. Strong self-motivation with the ability to independently lead teams and deliver results. Solid experience across all HR functions, with strengths in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement and retention. Excellent learning agility, growth mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and proven ability to deliver efficiently and manage effectively. Strong team collaboration and execution skills. Responsible, positive, and proactive; eager to learn new things, willing to deeply understand the business, capable of innovative thinking, open to challenges, able to handle high-pressure environments, and strong in communication and collaboration.
