Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategic Partner & Employee Advisor Act as a trusted and professional HR business partner for employees and line managers across Greater China and Singapore regions. Provide one-on-one consultation on career development, performance management, workplace issues and organizational support, maintain positive employee experience and stabilize team morale, and establish long-term trust-based partnership with all levels of stakeholders. 2. Global People & Culture Project Implementation Independently facilitate, promote and track the landing of global People & Culture projects and regional initiatives. Focus on corporate culture building, cultural integration, employee engagement improvement and cross-regional culture communication, ensure project implementation quality, data accuracy and standardized process, and promote the consistency of people management concepts and practices worldwide. 3. HR Data Analysis & Business Decision Support Collect, organize and analyze core HR indicators including headcount structure, turnover rate, recruitment efficiency, attendance, performance distribution and compensation budget. Use data visualization and professional analysis methods to form regular HR reports, provide data-driven insights and actionable suggestions, assist business teams in optimizing organizational structure and staffing planning, and support efficient business decision-making. 4. Complex Employee Relations & Compliance Management Independently handle complex and sensitive employee relations cases including performance improvement, post adjustment, labor conflict, resignation negotiation and disciplinary management. Strictly comply with local labor laws and regulations in China, Singapore and relevant regions as well as internal company policies, minimize labor dispute risks, ensure standardized and compliant handling of all ER issues, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both the company and employees. 5. Cross-border HR Operation & Policy Alignment Support cross-regional and cross-border HR daily operation and management, coordinate and promote the alignment and unification of HR policies, processes and standards between Greater China and Singapore. Assist in solving policy differences and operation obstacles in cross-border talent mobility, onboarding, transfer and management, ensure efficient and consistent HR services across regions, and maintain the standardization of global HR management system. 6. Organization & Talent Development Support Cooperate with business leaders to conduct organizational diagnosis, support talent mapping, talent reserve, high-potential employee development and succession planning. Participate in performance review, calibration and talent review activities, promote the implementation of performance management system, and help business teams build high-performance teams. 7. Daily HR Process & Project Coordination Fully participate in key HR processes such as recruitment support, onboarding & offboarding, transfer, promotion and employee care. Cooperate with COE and HR operation teams to promote the implementation of compensation and benefits, training and development, employee welfare and other projects, and ensure the efficient operation of regional HR work. Key Competencies & Requirements: 1. Logical Thinking & Data Analysis Capabilities Possess strong logical thinking and data sensitivity, be able to independently analyze HR data and extract effective information. Proficient in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, Power Query, etc.) and data sorting, capable of providing data-driven decisions and solutions. 2. Excellent Business Acumen Have a clear understanding of business models, operational priorities and development goals of the company and business lines. Be able to translate business needs into targeted HR strategies, plans and measures, and truly integrate HR work into business development. 3. Outstanding Communication & Influence Skills Excellent cross-level communication, presentation and interpersonal influence skills. Able to effectively communicate and coordinate with global teams, local managers and employees at all levels, build mutual trust, resolve differences and promote the implementation of HR projects and policies. 4. Highly Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven Strict attention to detail, with high requirements for data accuracy, document normalization and process rigor. Have strong risk awareness and ability to control key nodes, ensure zero major errors in HR data, policies and employee relations handling. 5. Language Proficiency Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, able to conduct daily communication, meeting discussions, document writing and cross-border collaboration with global teams without barriers. 6. Compliance Awareness & Problem-Solving Ability Familiar with local labor laws and regulations in China and Singapore, have strong compliance awareness and independent problem-solving ability. Able to respond calmly to complex employee relations and emergencies, and put forward practical solutions. 7. Cross-cultural Adaptability Adapt to the working environment of foreign-funded enterprises, have good cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, understand and respect different management styles and corporate cultures, and support stable operation of cross-regional business.
