Job Description 1. Works closely with Manager levels and below in Sales (Away from Home (Inc Export) & Modern Trade + Ecomm) for general personnel services on recommended organization design and workforce planning to build up sustainable organization for business growth. 2. Represents a well-grounded, intermediate level experience of HR professional in supporting business in the talent review and succession planning process to build an effective and motivate talent pipeline. 3. Acts independently in building strong relationships and trust with functional partners and other HR Sub-functions, support business leaders to define short term priority/plan and offer HR expertise and coaching on people issues connect with business focus/priority 4. Representing an individual contributor role who works in 2 or more HR areas, in performing administrative functions of the HR department and in areas including but not limited to employment, training, labor relations and potentially compensation & benefits; therefore having a intermediate understanding of business disciplines and the application of well-defined techniques and procedures. 5. Responsible to manage HR business process administration and HR operational independently in various people area/agenda such as Recruitment, Employee Change, Employee Relation, Employee Termination, Employee Experience and other business support needed. Responsibilities
The HRBP Specialist Sales works closely with sales personnel to provide general HR services and supports business leaders in talent management processes. They manage HR business processes independently across various areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and employee experience.
