You’ll act as a trusted advisor to management, ensuring HR policies, procedures, and frameworks are effectively implemented while driving engagement, development, and performance across the business. 💼 Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy, Policy Implementation & People Engagement Partner with management to advise on HR policy and support its implementation across departments. Contribute to developing and applying HR frameworks, tools, and processes in alignment with company goals. Provide guidance to managers on organizational policies, employee relations, and legal compliance. Lead the resolution of complex employee relations cases and support disciplinary and grievance procedures. Conduct HR data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Oversee talent management activities including staffing, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development. Plan and forecast employment needs, ensuring effective resource allocation and succession planning. Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems. Support organization structure updates, job evaluations, and job description reviews. Promote a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and accountability. ✅ Essential Skills & Qualifications: HR Expertise & Business Partnership Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 6–10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Proven experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, and organizational development. Strong knowledge of labor law, HR frameworks, and best practices. Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
