This role belongs to HR business partnering team and responsible for supporting and working together with HR Business Partner for the designated Businesses and the Functions. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the banks strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer on-boarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion. Description Support and work closely with HRBP for effectiveimplementation of HR policies, procedures to support thebusinesses and contribute the overall banks strategy ofdriving nation-wide financial inclusion; Responsible for developing the skills required to effectivelyexecute the day-to-day operation of the tasks assigned; Follows established guidelines and procedures in identifyingand resolving routine issues; Day-to-day actions are focused on administering definedprocedures, analyzing data and preparing reports for theHRBP supporting Business (Personnel actions i.e. transfer,resign, dismissal and deceased case and other disciplinaryactions i.e. fraud, issue warning letter etc.); Builds productive and collaborative internal workingrelationships More experienced individuals would be expected to contributeto work flow or process change and redesign, and to exhibitbroader understanding of HR process/policies/ guidelines; Run for the process of employees exits (e.g. Retirement,Resignation, Dismissal etc.); Update, maintain the integrity of defined database to supportBusiness and Function; Interview arrangement for theinternal candidates and run an interview/ assessment forJunior level positons; Onboarding process and support orientation for the newjoiners In addition to the primary responsibilities, the role holder willalso be responsible for the other tasks assigned as per theneeds arise. Requirements Any graduate preferred with 1-3 years experience in HR field.
