This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process within the education sector. Job Responsibilities: Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programs Provide first-line HR support to employees and escalate complex matters as needed Assist in resolving employee relations issues under guidance of senior HR team Partner with recruiters to support end-to-end hiring processes Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assist with offer and onboarding activities Job Qualifications: Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; new graduates are also welcome to apply Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Calendly, etc. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse is preferred, but not required Eagerness to learn and contribute to the recruitment process Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality Bilingual in Mandarin is required Pay & Benefits: Base Salary: $75,000-$80,000 + Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 15%! 401k and Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance H1B Sponsorship available for eligible candidates As part of a global education company, you may have the chance to collaborate with international branches, engage with our headquarters, or explore cross-border career opportunities Relocation Allowance available Think Academy is an equal opportunity employer.
