QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in a regional capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia employment laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, advisory, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
  • STRATEGIC HR PARTNERSHIPPartner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business priorities.Provide insights to support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • HR OPERATIONS & BUSINESS SUPPORTManage the full spectrum of HR services including onboarding, advisory, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and offboarding.Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers within scope.
  • PAYROLL, BUDGETING & COMPLIANCEOversee monthly payroll processing across three legal entities in collaboration with outsourced payroll providers.Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely integration of payroll data into budgeting and forecasting with Finance.Maintain employee records, support audit requirements, and ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
  • LEARNING & DEVELOPMENTIdentify capability gaps and lead the design and delivery of training programs.Drive initiatives that promote continuous learning and professional growth.
  • CULTURE & ENGAGEMENTAct as a culture ambassador by promoting company values and engagement initiatives.Lead recognition programs and strategies that enhance workplace satisfaction, collaboration, and team cohesion.
  • ONBOARDING & EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCEEnsure a smooth, structured onboarding process that integrates new hires into the company culture and sets them up for success.
  • REGIONAL HR INITIATIVESDrive and contribute to cross-border HR projects to ensure consistency in people practices across the region.
