Job Description
Integrated in the Global HR department, you will contribute to the deployment of the Group’s HR policy on UK & Ireland perimeter.

Your responsibilities will include the following areas:

  • Support for managerial teams in managing their teams, and for employees in addressing their issues both at individual (career management, training, etc.) and collective (HR review, salary increase campaign, etc.) level.
  • Recruitment and onboarding: Overseeing the entire recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers:
  • Identifying needs with the manager and based on organizational requirements, sourcing profiles directly and through agencies
  • Conducting interviews, making offers to candidates, and individually following up on onboarding
  • Integrating employees into the Group and its systems
  • Personnel administration: Handling administrative tasks anutsourcedd supervising and validating the outsourced payroll
  • Legal support: Assisting managers on various legal matters and disciplinary procedures, as well as legal and regulatory monitoring

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree /Bachelor’s degree Human Resources or Social Law
  • Previous successful experience as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), ideally in the technology industry
  • Full proficiency in english
