Role Overview We are seeking a versatile HR professional who can wear multiple hats: acting as an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day operations, a trusted People Partner to support leaders, and a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and onboard top talent. This is a hands-on role with both strategic and operational responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities HR Operations Oversee contributor lifecycle: onboarding, reviews, transitions, exits. Manage service contracts, HRIS updates, records, and compliance. Support payroll, benefits, and leave with vendors/finance. Be the first contact for HR queries. Implement and maintain policies and processes. People Partnering Collaborate with leaders on workforce needs and HR solutions. Support performance, engagement, and development initiatives. Strengthen culture, collaboration, and retention. Provide guidance on relations and conflict resolution. Talent Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing to contracting. Work with hiring leads to define roles and criteria. Build talent pipelines and networks. Enhance organizational brand as a talent destination. Ensure smooth candidate experience through onboarding. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 4–6 years of HR experience with exposure to HR operations and recruitment. Strong understanding of HR best practices. Proven track record in managing multiple HR functions in a lean or fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to balance hands-on HR operations with strategic partnering.
