Piper Companies is seeking an HRIS Administrator to join an industry leading cybersecurity and AI focused organization in a fully-remote role. This role is responsible managing, configuring, and troubleshooting the ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS ATS systems.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HRIS ADMINISTRATOR INCLUDE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience administering ADP Workforce Now.
• Proficiency in using and administering iCIMS.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, including payroll, benefits, and time & attendance functions.

• Administer and configure ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS systems across payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and recruiting functions.
• Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits across systems and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Generate and analyze reports from ADP and iCIMS to support compliance and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor system performance and gather user data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
