Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team and support the Workday HCM modules. In this role, you will serve as a key resource in managing, configuring, and optimizing Workday. The HRIS Analyst also ensures the accuracy and integrity of HR information and Data Analytics for all Canadian and US sites. Your will partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to maintain the system’s integrity, streamline workflows, and improve overall user experience.

WHAT YOU€™LL DO HERE

  • Configure HCM Workday business processes and EIBs (including notifications, condition/validation rules, related documents, etc.) and identify opportunities for enhancement and simplification.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring timely support and minimal disruption to users.
  • Work with our 3rd party vendor and resolve more complex issues.
  • Ensures data integrity within Workday and downstream systems through audit processes and analysis.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and external Workday consultants to implement and optimize solutions.
  • Provides accurate, consistent and timely responses to Reporting, Analytics, and HR Systems inquiries, which are of moderate complexity and may require research and analysis.
  • Stay informed on Workday system updates/releases, assess their impact on the organization and support their deployment to production including testing and validation.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders and assists the subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, data analysis and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities impacting the HCM modules.
  • Assist, if needed, in generating workforce analytics including, but not limited to: Monthly headcount/turnover reports, overtime reports, talent management reports, training reports and other HR KPIs as requested by Management.
