The HR Operations function manages the business administration of the tools, determines HR and organizational data needs and spearheads business rules and polices around HR tools, standards, data integrity, data protection, enhancements and configuration, and reporting.
This position participates in the near term and long term strategies for tools and HR technology to enable the function to achieve its strategic objectives more effectively and efficiently.The incumbent will act in partnership with
the portfolio management group to design solutions, and information technology (IT) group to determine HR requirements which IT will develop technical solutions based on.
The successful candidate will possess experience with PeopleSoft HR components including Workforce Administration, Compensation, Workforce Development, Query and foundation tables. Responsibilities include:
