OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst at Best Choice Roofing, you will be responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and support of our Human Resources Information Systems. The ideal candidate for this role is tech-savvy, capable of leveraging technology to improve HR processes, and committed to data integrity and system efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Fluency with managing the full suite of products (Talent, Compensation, Payroll, etc.) within mid-market Human Capital Management / Human Resources Information Systems (Paylocity experience preferred)
  • Experience with multiple HR Information Systems (HCMs) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
  • Experience with data process architecture and the relationship with upstream and downstream systems
  • Experience in HR system implementation and integration project management, including a keen understanding of data conversion and file retention concepts
  • Proficient with office technology (email, calendars, web meetings, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity suite, etc.)
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Self-driven and able to maintain a high degree of productivity and personal accountability while working remotely.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ready, willing, and able to learn new practices and apply them consistently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

As the HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of our HRIS platforms. Other responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with HR leaders and other departments to understand system needs and develop effective HRIS solutions.
  • Administering and maintaining HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Developing and generating reports and dashboards to support HR and business initiatives.
  • Conducting mass actions through file upload, API, or other methods with great attention to detail and mitigation to risk of errors and unintended impacts
  • Troubleshooting system issues and providing technical support to end-users.
  • Assisting with system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules or functionalities.
  • Acting as HCM product SME through new technology implementation and integration projects
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for HRIS processes and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and system optimization within the HRIS environment.
  • Collaborating with IT and vendors to resolve complex system issues.
  • Conducting user training or train-the-trainer sessions on HRIS functionalities as needed.
  • Other duties as required.
