Job Summary The HRIS Analyst-Dayforce is responsible for elevating the employee experience and ensuring operational excellence across HR services. This role will be responsible for administering our global HR systems and supporting other technical processes. The HRIS Analyst-Dayforce will be our System Administrator of comprehensive HR Technology stack from implementation, configuration, integration and maintenance. The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in strengthening WellBe’s service delivery model and supporting organizational mission and compliance. Job Description Collaborates with the HR leadership team and others in the organization to seek out opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancing the overall user experience Design and oversee the HR Service Center, managing tier 1 inquiries and ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic support. Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of the Dayforce HRIS platform Responsible for overseeing the organization’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) on the Ceridian Dayforce platform and iCims Responsible for system optimization,management, updates, and changes Provide day-to-day system support, including researching, troubleshooting, recommending solutions, and resolving issues Configure, Implement and Manage HRIS Systems (icims, Dayforce preferred) Ensure exceptional service delivery through accurate processing of HR transactions and prompt resolution of inbound requests via multiple channels (HRIS, ticketing systems, etc.). Actively seek out opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancing the overall employee experience within Dayforce Maintain and optimize HR knowledge content and standard operating procedures to support scalability and consistency. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, contributing to a high-performing and compliant workplace. Provide regional HR support as needed, adapting services to meet location-specific requirements. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: Proven track record in managing HR systems, service delivery, and transactional excellence. 2+ years of HRIS Configuration, implentation and management Skills: Experience with Dayforce required Experience with icims a plus Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and drive actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex HR topics. High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive employee information. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Work Environment Remote Compensation: $105,000-$145,000.00 Annual Sponsorship Statement WellBe does not offer employment-based visa sponsorship for this position.
