We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support the implementation and configuration of a new HR system. This is a high-priority role with an urgent hiring timeline. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HRIS platforms—not just as a user, but with full access to backend system configuration and management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• True HRIS Analyst experience—must have hands-on system management and backend configuration (not just end-user experience)
• Experience with HRIS implementations (preferably UKG, Kronos, or Dayforce)
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems integration
• Advanced Excel skills
• Background in HR or HR systems—not IT or software development
• Manufacturing experience is not required, but always helpful

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the transition and implementation of a new HRIS platform (moving from Kronos and Dayforce to UKG)
• Perform system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with HR leadership to optimize workflows and system functionality
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Participate in video panel interviews and onboarding with urgency and professionalism
