• Analyze, design, and implement HRIS solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of HR processes with IT infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading into the HRIS.
• Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance of HR applications.
• Provide technical support for HRIS users, addressing issues related to system functionality.
• Manage data security protocols, ensuring compliance with information security standards.
• Create detailed documentation for system architecture, processes, and user guides.
• Participate in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices to enhance system capabilities.
• Utilize programming languages such as SQL, Python, JavaScript, and C# for system enhancements.
• Engage in vulnerability management and assessment activities to identify potential security threats.
