Position Summary The HRIS Analyst partners with the HR team and other internal stakeholders to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The HRIS Analyst builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. We are seeking a HRIS Analyst to serve Gifthealth’s human data capability needs. This position plays a key role in supporting the HR team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules. Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users. Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions. Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users. Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff. Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects. Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, human resources management, business administration, or related field (Required) Licensure/Certification: None Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience as an HRIS administrator or analyst (Required) 1+ years of experience with Paylocity (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product. (Required) Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals. (Required) Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles. (Required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Required) Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills. (Required) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (Required) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. (Required) Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines (Required) Ability to keep information confidential. (Require) Ability to use effective approaches for choosing a course of action and develop appropriate solutions to issues that arise (Required) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (Required) Work Environment Location: Hybrid Schedule: 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday with night and weekend hours on occasion as determined by the needs of the business. Regular meetings with internal Compliance, Quality Assurance, Operations, and HR teams.
