As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing our HRIS system. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, and end-users to provide ongoing support and ensure the system’s smooth operation.

WHAT SKILLS AND TRAINING DO YOU NEED?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, or related field;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an HRIS Administrator or HRIS Analyst;
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM…)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage employee data, data entry, updates, and data integrity checks;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Proactive and process optimization mindset.
