Description

MAKE WORKDAY WORK SMARTER.

At Inotiv, our people are at the heart of everything we do — and our Workday environment is the engine that keeps our HR, payroll, benefits, and talent programs running seamlessly. We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst II to take our Workday capabilities to the next level. This is your opportunity to be a trusted partner across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT, influencing how our organization hires, grows, and supports our people worldwide.
You’ll have the freedom to solve problems, shape processes, and drive enhancements in nearly every Workday module we use — from HCM and Recruiting to Learning, Compensation, and beyond. If you thrive in environments where no two days are the same and your expertise is valued from day one, we’d love to meet you.
