When you join us as an HRIS Analyst II – Payroll and International, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of HRIS experience, including payroll system support and/or international HRIS processes.
  • Experience with ADP payroll systems or similar HRIS platforms; international payroll platform experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of payroll compliance for U.S. and global operations (e.g., tax limits, statutory deductions).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
  • Proficiency in generating and analyzing reports using custom ADP Reporting or HRIS reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll and employee data with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed during critical payroll processing periods
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Alteryx is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Self-starter with strong accountability and the ability to lead with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines or support critical payroll processing cycles.
