JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with Workday or other HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an ambitious team setting.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Support administration and configuration of Workday across key functional areas such as HCM, Benefits, Talent, and Compensation to ensure reliable performance and alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and HRIS teams to determine and implement system improvements.
  • Lead or support Workday projects, including new module implementations, feature rollouts, and business changes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end-users.
  • Develop and maintain user guides and training materials.
  • Establish and uphold data governance standards to ensure consistent and accurate data entry.
  • Participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure successful implementation.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports to support business decision-making.
