JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business or similar;
• At least 2 years of experience working with SuccessFactors support – Change Requests and Incidents.
• Strong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system, specifically in Employee Central
• Experience in supporting projects on the Employee Central workstream, driving your team to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
• Languages: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to manage complexity and timelines.
• Great communication and ability to work in an international environment.

As a Global HRIS Analyst, you will support the HR function globally by providing first-line support and maintaining the day-to-day functionality of SAP SuccessFactors. You will ensure data accuracy, assist users, and collaborate with the HRIS team to keep the system aligned with business needs.

• Assist with the maintenance and configuration of SuccessFactors, focusing on data integrity and accuracy.
• Support HR users by providing guidance, troubleshooting system issues, and managing user access.
• Conduct data imports/exports, ensuring compliance with data security standards.

• Document business rules, system processes, and configurations to ensure consistent data handling.Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed while supporting global HR initiatives.
