INDIANAPOLIS, IN HRIS ANALYST

Pay Rate: $30.00-$40.00/hour
Job Type: temp to hire
Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data collection processes
  • Develop dashboards and reports to address key HR-related issues
  • Use data to improve processes and measure effectiveness
  • Data analysis and database management to support HR practices, projects and programming
  • Monitors and regularly updates analytics platforms
  • Create and maintain organizational data

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Information Systems required
  • Proficient in Excel, including v lookups, Pivot Tables, and Macros required
  • Proficient in Power BI required
  • Experience supporting an HR dept. and HR operations preferred
