Job Summary:
To provide ongoing support to HR programs, processes, and projects through the development and optimization of the HR systems. Supports HR functions through data input, data analysis, data integrity, general maintenance, and upkeep of all HR-related records.
Education & Experience
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree and one year of human resources, information systems, or data analysis work experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Analytical, investigative, and problem resolution skills. HR database design knowledge, understanding functions, and tools. Effective verbal and written communication skills. General understanding of employment laws. Customer service and project management skills. Analytical and report writing skills. Ability to multi-task, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize workload. Ability to analyze business reports and translate data into relevant charts and graphs. Ability to effectively manipulate word, excel, and access. Knowledge of computer functions including data input, computer statistical reporting, and programming.
